Refunds
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns and or refunds, as our product is custom made to each individual order. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to us by email (alisha@adorablemoments.shop) providing a description and photos for us to assess. We will endeavour to rectify any issues in a timely manner.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
